Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
We offer fast and reliable shipping for all of our products. We will quote shipping fees by email correspondence to every customer when we receive your order. Specific shipping arrangements may differ according to the time of the order and location.
We will arrange the best value shipping for your area and order (e.g. Aust Post/ Startrack or other courier service) depending on the destination, size and weight of your order, and other factors.
NSW: We are based on an online shop. You can collect your order from Central Coast 2250 or arrange to pick it up at Agility Trials in NSW.
*Please note we do not offer free delivery to the trials if the item is too large to take to the trial, and no purchased items can be stored for longer than 4 weeks.
We can hold your goods for maximum of 4 weeks after the goods became available. We reserve the right to refund you and sell the product to another customer if we can't finalise the purchase with you within that time (although we'll always try to make contact with you more than once within 7 days to 2 weeks after the goods arrived)
Interstates: All shipping will be sent from Central Coast 2250, NSW. We will confirm your shipping arrangements and shipping costs after your order is confirmed.
The most economical way to ship goods is to bundle an order with your friends and send it to one address.
International: We can ship small items or equipment internationally, Contact equipment or pallet shipping is not available to overseas from Australia.

Return & Exchange Policy
Faulty / Incorrect Items:
If the item you receive is faulty or the wrong item is sent to you, please contact us with details and photos (if possible) of the issue within 7 days. We will either arrange for the goods to be exchanged, or for a full refund (at our option).
We will comply with and respect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Return & Refund:
Please return goods to us within 7 days from the received date in their original unused condition and packaging, we will pay the return postage if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item)
Refunds are not provided where you change your mind.
If you want to return goods within 7 days from the received date, you must pay for the return shipping fee.
Should you want to cancel your order before shipping, please contact us by email as soon as possible. We will cancel your order if we receive your request before we have ordered the goods for production.
If you cancel your order after the manufacture of the Goods has commenced, You must pay a cancellation fee of 30% of Your order.
